David is passionate about providing exceptional service and fostering a strong, collaborative team environment. Outside of work, David enjoys fishing, travelling and spending time with his wife and two sons at their cottage, reflecting his love for adventure and family.

As the Office Administrator for The Performance Group (Toronto), Kelsy plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. With a deep passion for people and a keen eye for detail, Kelsy works to support the team and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence.

Drawing on her strong background in organization and communication, Kelsy streamlines processes, fosters collaboration, and creates an environment where both staff and clients feel valued. Known for her positive energy and dedication, Kelsy contributes greatly to the success of the team and the satisfaction of their clients.

Outside of work, Kelsy enjoys gardening, spending time with her two dogs, and connecting with family and friends. She also loves snowboarding in the winter and enjoys other outdoor activities.

As the co-owner of The Performance Group and head of the Ottawa division Brock brings a great deal of drive, energy and forward vision to the team. His previous achievements include building a successful high-rise window cleaning company while in his early 20s – the first to be fully certified in high-rise window cleaning in Ottawa! He thrives on the challenge of diagnosing issues that aren’t always visible, solving complex, high-stakes problems, and finds satisfaction in executing effective, long-term solutions for his customers.

This forward-thinking is tempered by a passion for top-quality service. Brock believes in building customer trust through reliable service, and maintaining a strong connection once the initial job is done. His commitment to excellence is enthusiastic and shared by his team who strive to bring forth this vision with each and every job they perform.

Outside of work, Brock is an adventurous person who enjoys being outdoors. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, traveling, spending time on his motorcycle and relaxing with friends, reflecting his love for adventure and life in general.

Bonnie is the Office Administrator/Controller for the Ottawa division. She brings a wealth of customer service and management knowledge to the team, thanks to her many years in Retail/Hospitality management. She is a hands-on, approachable and detail-oriented administrator with a creative flare for marketing and design.

Under her watchful eye, the Ottawa team excels in achieving the company’s customer satisfaction goals. She is deeply passionate about exceeding a customer’s expectations and helping her team achieve this. Her attention to detail, ability to communicate and willingness to problem solve lets clients know they are truly valued. Her strong organizational skills assist the team in daily operations, providing support and guidance.

Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys cooking, traveling, yoga, gardening, and spending time with her family and two dogs, reflecting her love for family and new experiences.
